Mongolian Propeties, in cooperation with Asia Pacific Investment Partners was proud to attend the first exhibition of MIPIM in Asia which was held at the Hong Kong Exhibition Hall on september 24th to 29th.

MIPIM Asia brings the world's most prestigious property market decision makers to Asia Pacific for the first time. This forum, based in Hong Kong, enables international and local investors, corporate end-users, retailers and hotel groups to meet under the same roof as developers, government authorities and brokers and forge the future of real estate in Asia pacific.

Mongolian Properties and Asia Pacific Investment Partners shared a stand at the conference (H2-B27). Many important contacts and old clients were met, MIPIM Asia 06 was also the chance to discuss possible co-operations with large corporations such as Colliers International and Jones Lang Lasalle as well as hotel groups such as Accor and Intercontinental.

Mr Cashell, Managing Partner of Asia Pacific Investment Partners participated in a panel along with representatives from China and India concerning the future of the retail industry in Asia.
