The materials used in the construction and subsequent furnishing of the Regency Residence are of the highest standard and quality.

The building itself is made out of reinforced concrete which is chemically treated to resist the harshest of temperatures.

The windows are an extremely important part of construction in a country with weather extremes like Mongolia's. We use German-made windows which are a combination of aluminuim and composite PVC, which are vacuum-sealed and have the highest level of insulation.
 
For the flooring, we are using acacia wood, with a specially engineered underlay and locking system to prevent it warping in Mongolia's dry climate.
