As an Architect/Project Manager with solid working experiences and exposure in Hong Kong, Macau and New York City, Charlize Seymour is at present working with APIP on the interior design of the Regency Residence. Charlize is Canadian-Chinese educated at Columbia in New York City, living in Hong Kong while commuting to Ulaanbaatar.

Charlize specialises within the development process of real estate and has great experience with project management, development and design of airport, casino, high end retail and hotel projects. 

A selection of her work is; Project Manager for the new Mumbai International Airport Terminal & New Pier G at the Toronto Pearson Airport and Project Architect for  Smyth  Boutique Hotel and Residential Condominium Development in New York City ; Site Architect for Sands Casino Macau, Site Architect for Landmark Development in Central Hong Kong.
