The Regency Residence is located in the most desirable residential location in Ulaanbaatar. It offers sweeping views over the stunning Boghd Khan range of mountains  at the south, is close to the entertainment and business district of the city and set away from the noise and pollution of the main roads.

Olympic Avenue is already one of the most desirable addresses in Mongolia, with the Star Apartments, and soon to be the Hilton Hotel located there. With the completion of the Regency Residence at the middle of 2010, and two years later the Olympic Residence, the road will be the most luxurious residential district in the city. The other great advantage to the location is that that there will not be any new contructions to block your views, as on one side you are bordered by the Children's Park, and on the side overloking the mountains are the Star Apartments, very low buildings but prestigious enough to guarantee they will not be obstructed by anything.

The development is situated across the road from the Star Apartments; the Star Apartments are currently occupied by various Ambassadors to Mongolia as well as the heads of the biggest NGO’s and foreign corporations. Next to the Regency Residence is the Continental Hotel while behind the Regency is what is know as Embassy row where many of the Embassies of Ulaanbaatar are located.

Within 500 meters from the Regency Residence two ew hotels are being built at the moment, the Ulaanbaatar Hilton hotel and the luxury Shangri La hotel.

The Regency Residence is about 5 minute walk from Sukhbaatar Square and 1 minute away from the city’s Central Park. 20 minute drive will take you to the airport while the international train station is 10 minutes away.
