The Original Site
In the beginning of April 2006, the land set aside for the construction for the Regency Residence was cleared and the existing structures on the land were destroyed.
Those structures consisted of two large factor buildings, one used as a slaughterhouse and the other as a Vodka factory.
We were sorry to see the vodka factory go but had to make a difficult choice and destroyed it anyway.
Some steel has already arrived and is being kept on the site until needed. So far the Regency Residence construction schedule is still on plan. Preparations are under way for the Regency Residence groundbreaking ceremony which will take place at the end of April.
