The 2nd floor of the Regency Residence is in good progress, we are still on schedule.
  
Construction starts anew at the site of the Regency Residence
In late april construction has restarted with renewed enthusiasm. The workers arrived on time from various parts of the world, steel arrived, construction material and tools have been cleaned and made ready and we enter the big push on the skeleton. We expect to have completed the skeleton of the building towards the end of August 2007 if all goes according to plan.
Winter sets in at the Regency Residence Site
The winter has arrived and construction has halted, it will start again in April of 2007 once the temperature has risen above 0 degrees to allow the concrete to form correctly.
Attacking the first floor
Work has now started on the first floor of the building, concrete has been poured for the supporting pillars and the pace of work has now picked up substantially.
