We would want to start the serviced apartments at USD25 and then move it up. During the summer season we can increase it to compete against the hotels at a higher price than USD30 but this will remain to be seen as the concept is fairly new in Mongolia, the price appreciation will have to be determined against the demand and popularity of the serviced apartments.
