Many of our investors have come to see the construction site, the city and of course the country  for themselves. We would be happy to arrange all aspects of your Property Inspection Trip. 

While Mongolian Properties will be delighted to arrange and assist in any aspect of your property inspection trip please note the terms and conditions below:

• Flights to and out of Mongolia will not be paid for by Mongolian Properties.
• Mongolian Properties will gladly pick you up at the airport and provide you with a copy of our "welcome to Monglia" information package.
• Mongolian Properties will assist in arranging but not pay for hotel accomodation while in Mongolia.
• Mongolian Properties will provide free of charge a city tour as well as a real estate tour of the city.
• Mongolian Properties will gladly arrange meetings with lawyers, architects and planners should you require so.
• The Mongolian Properties Development team will have an introductory meeting with you and show you the various construction sites in the city as well as discuss any questions you might have.
• All personal expenses will be taken care of by the visitor, Mongolian Properties will not participate in those.
• Mongolian Resorts will be delighted to help you arrange a tourism tour of the country and its main sights.
