Mongolian Properties was founded in early 2002 to meet the growing needs of the foreign and domestic clients searching for the rental and purchase of properties in Mongolia. Mongolian Properties was founded by Asia Pacific Investment Partners, an Investment and Advisory firm active in Mongolia as well as other emerging markets in Asia and beyond. The company is registered as a foreign invested company and has both foreign and Mongolian management. The company publishes the Mongolian Real estate guide on a quarterly basis, the nation's only English language publication related to real estate.
