Job Description:

The Marketing Manager will be working with the Director Marketing to take Mongolian Properties to the next level. The larger part of the customer base of Mongolian Properties is international in its nature and as such the Mongolian Properties brand and products has to be marketed to new markets as well as our exisiting markets. The Global Marketing Manager will also work closely with the Business Development Departments as well as the corporate communications director to devise, budget and implement various marketing strategies for the company.

Candidate Requirements:

The candidate for this post will need to have a good grasp of international affairs and Marketing management practices. The candidate will need to be very polyvalent working with all different aspects of the company to bring them to their full potential while being creative and perceptive enough to introduce new lines of business and products to the company. Being multi-lingual is good, an excellent working knowledge of english is essential. The candidate needs to be able to use the whole suite of Microsoft Office programmes as well as be able to use Dreamweaver and other web creation and management programmes. Knowledge in graphic creation and design programmes is also preffered such as Adobe Photoshop.

Academic Requirement:

The candidate needs to have completed his schooling, a university level qualification is preferred.

To be discussed, will incorporate an element of a base salary as well as comissions and bonuses. Travel expenses and some living expenses will be incorporated in the salary package.
