Mr. Lee M Cashell, Managing Partner.

Mr. Cashell is the founder and Managing Partner of Asia Pacific Investment Partners as well as Mongolian Properties. He was formerly a venture capital fund manager for JAFCO Investments, one of the largest venture capital firms in the Asia Pacific region with over US$3 billion under management. At JAFCO Mr. Cashell was responsible for technology investments in the People's Republic of China and acted as JAFCO's bridge to Silicon Valley. He has been in the Asia Pacific region for more than ten years and has acted as an advisor to numerous technology firms throughout the region as well as firms in the US, Israel, and Finland. Mr. Cashell is also a member of the I-Think Technology think tank and a founder of Zero2IPO, a technology conference organizer.

Mr. Cashell received his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware and received his master’s degree in international business from The American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird). Mr. Cashell wrote his thesis on Emerging Market Portfolio Management.

Mrs. Bordukh Tsendsuren, Partner, Properties Management Director .

Mrs. Bordukh, a native Mongolian is the firm's investment officer in Mongolia and overseas current investments in the property and travel industry in Mongolia. She was formerly the representative of the Mongolian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Beijing where she gained tremendous experience assisting Mongolian firms in their business development efforts overseas. Mrs. Bordukh received her bachelor’s degree from The National University of Mongolia in Foreign Service. Mrs. Bordukh is a partner of Mongolian Properties; she is also in charge of the Properties Management Department. Mrs Bordukh also deals with all land acquisitions in the city.

Baron Christopher de Gruben, Business Development Director, Operations Manager.

Baron de Gruben has completed his Bachelor's Degree from Oxford Brookes University and worked for Mongolian Properties for one year, previous to that Baron de Gruben worked for Shinsei Bank in Tokyo in the Asset Backed Securities Department. Baron de Gruben is currently in charge of all Business Development for Mongolian Properties, this includes managing our international conferences and global marketing. Baron de Gruben is also the Mongolian Properties European Manager and as such looks after all European operations of Mongolian Properties.

Mr. Lhagvasuran Nyamjav, Senior Real Estate Agent, Sales Specialist

Mr. Nyamjav has been working for Mongolian Properties for the past 4 years; he speaks Turkish, Russian and English. Mr. Nyamjav works primarily in the Property Development department of Mongolian Properties and manages sales to our international clientele as well as our corporate accounts within Mongolia.

Mrs. Oyunchimeg Tsedev, Senior Real Estate Agent, Rentals Specialist, Legal advisory

Oyuna has a Batchelor Law Degree from the Mongolian National University of Law. Oyuna has been working with Mongolian Properties for two years; she is in charge of both short term and long term rentals within the city. Oyuna also works with the legal department of Mongolian Properties advising on Mongolian legal matters. Oyuna has been studying3 years in the United Kingdom. Oyuna is currently completing her second Bachelors degree with the institute of Finance and Economy of Mongolia.

Mrs. Batoyun Monkhtuya, Real Estate Agent, Land Specialist

Batoyuna has completed her Bachelor Degree in Political Science from the Mongolian National University, worked at the University of International Studies before joining Mongolian Properties. She now works in the Mongolian Properties branch office and specializes in land sales.

Odtseteg has completed her Bachelor's degree in International Studies with the Seoul National University of South Korea. Odtsetseg speaks Korean as well as English; she is in charge of Mongolian Properties Korean operations.

Zulla is currently studying at the Beijing National University, she has been working with Mongolian Properties for a year and manages our Chinese customer base, she acts as the Mongolian Properties representative in China as well as assists in Business Development for the Chinese market.

Mrs Chimidtseren received her first class Bachelor's degree in accounting from the Mongolian National University specializing in trade accountancy, she has been working as the Jigur Grand hotels chief financial accountant before coming to Mongolian Properties.

Mr. Galbadrakh Dangaasuren, Transportation Manager

Mr Dangaasuren has obtained his Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from the University of Humanities of Mongolia. Mr Dangaasuren is in charge of the fleet of vehicles operated by Mongolian Properties as well as transportation for all our clients and investors.
