Job Description:

Mongolian Properties is currently managing a very large development called the Regency Residence, this development is under construction, a competent, disciplined and experienced construction manager is needed on site to supervise quality and construction methods as well as ensure that the project is completed on budget and on time.

Candidate Requirements:

The candidate for this post will need to have a strong grasp of construction parctices, the candidate will need to have suitable experience as a construction manager on a number of residential construction sites. The candidate is preferably European or American with experience in working in developing countries in Central Asia or South East Asia. The candidate will need to spend most of the year in Mongolia.

Salary:

To be discussed, will incorporate an element of a base salary as well as comissions and bonuses. Travel expenses and some living expenses will be incorporated in the salary package.
