Mongolian Properties is currently looking for a Chief Financial Officer to work from its head office in Mongolia

Job Description:

The Chief Financial Officer will be in charge of the financial matters within Mongolian Properties, working closely with the Chief Accounting Officer, the CFO will also do financial modelling and simulations as well as restructuring of the companies financial structure.

Candidate Requirements:

The candidate for this post will need to have a strong grasp of financial matters as well as international accounting practices. It would be useful if the candidate has an understanding of corporater laws and a working knowledge of Mongolia and its working practices. The candidate needs to be very polyvalent, able to travel extensively and multi lingual.

Academic Requirements:

The candidate needs to have completed his schooling, a university level qualification is essential, a further masters level qualification in Financial Engineering is preferred.

Salary:

To be discussed, will incorporate an element of a base salary as well as comissions and bonuses. Travel expenses and some living expenses will be incorporated in the salary package.
