Job Description:

The Business Development Manager will be working with the Director of Business Development to take Mongolian Properties to the next level. The larger part of the customer base of Mongolian Properties is international in its nature and as such the Mongolian Properties brand has to be consolidated in Mongolia and introduced to new markets. The Business Development Manager will also work with his office to help bring about new products and services on the market.

Candidate Requirements:

The candidate for this post will need to have a good grasp of international affairs and business management practices. The candidate will need to be very polyvalent working with all different aspects of the company to bring them to their full potential while being creative and perceptive enough to introduce new lines of business and products to the company. Being multi-lingual is good, an excellent working knowledge of english is essential. The candidate needs to be able to use the whole suite of Microsoft Office programmes as well as be able to use Dreamweaver and other web creation and management programmes.

Academic Requirement:

The candidate needs to have completed his schooling, a university level qualification is preferred.

Salary:

To be discussed, will incorporate an element of a base salary as well as comissions and bonuses. Travel expenses and some living expenses will be incorporated in the salary package.
