 The Regency Residence is located in the most desirable residential location in Ulaanbaatar. Olympic Avenue is already one of the most desirable addresses in Mongolia, with the Star Apartments, and soon to be the Hilton Hotel located there. With the completion of the Regency Residence at the end of 2008, and two years later the Olympic Residence, the road will be the most luxurious residential district in the city. The other great advantage to the location is that that there will not be any new contructions to block your views, as on one side you are bordered by the Children's Park, and on the side overloking the mountains are the Star Apartments, very low buildings but prestigious enough to guarantee they will not be obstructed by anything.

The materials used in the construction and subsequent furnishing of the Regency Residence are of the highest standard and quality.
The building itself is made out of reinforced concrete which is chemically treated to resist the harshest of temperatures.
The windows are an extremely important part of construction in a country with weather extremes like Mongolia's. We use German-made windows which are a combination of aluminuim and composite PVC, which are vacuum-sealed and have the highest level of insulation.
For the flooring, we are using acacia wood, with a specially engineered underlay and locking system to prevent it warping in Mongolia's dry climate.

The interiors of the Regency Residence have been designed by Harold Thompson, a highly regarded Amercian interior designer.
Harold Thompson has 40 years of experience in domestic and international hotel and residential interior design, and he places great emphasis upon the need to incoporate the interior design with an understanding of hotel and residential operations and their relationship to the technical disciplines.
Since the 1983 incorporation of Harold Thompson & Associates, Inc., Harold Thompson and his design team have created outstanding hotel and residential designs. Indeed, Harold Thompson & Associates' very first completed project - ANA sheraton Osaka - was immediately included in "Best Hotels of the World".
He has prepared plans for the interior layouts of each apartment, but of course you can place your furniture as you see best. We have also prepared two different colour and design themes, the warm and traditional 'Asiana', with dark wood floors and exotic fabrics, and the light and airy 'Metropolitan'. with a more modern, minimalistic feel. If don't feel you can face choosing paint colours, or you are for example and overseas investor buying to let, we can completely decorate your whole apartment on your behalf.
