The Materials |

The materials used in the construction and subsequent furnishing of the Regency Residence are of the highest standard and quality.
The building itself is made out of reinforced concrete which is chemically treated to resist the harshest of temperatures.
The windows are an extremely important part of construction in a country with weather extremes like Mongolia's. We use German-made windows which are a combination of aluminuim and composite PVC, which are vacuum-sealed and have the highest level of insulation.
For the flooring, we are using acacia wood, with a specially engineered underlay and locking system to prevent it warping in Mongolia's dry climate.

Mongolian Properties have chosen Min Woo Architects to design and built the Regency Residence.
Min Woo Architects have an excellent record of achievements in Korea and elsewhere in the world.
Min Woo Architects & Consulting Engineers Ltd., which was established by Byung Wook Min in 1988, have participated in designing a number of buildings, every one of which was created with the knowledge that the architecture outlives its designers. at the completion of each building, Min Woo has moved a step further through the techniques and skills accumulated from its projects. Min Woo is an outstanding firm capable of making contributions to the growth of the Korean and World architecture industries.
Min Woo architects have participated in designing mega -scale hotels in Korea such as the Seoul Hilton Hotel, Swiss Grand Hotel and Pusan Paradise Beach Hotel.

The Interior Design |

The interiors of the Regency Residence have been designed by Harold Thompson, a highly regarded Amercian interior designer.
Harold Thompson has 40 years of experience in domestic and international hotel and residential interior design, and he places great emphasis upon the need to incoporate the interior design with an understanding of hotel and residential operations and their relationship to the technical disciplines.
Since the 1983 incorporation of Harold Thompson & Associates, Inc., Harold Thompson and his design team have created outstanding hotel and residential designs. Indeed, Harold Thompson & Associates' very first completed project - ANA sheraton Osaka - was immediately included in "Best Hotels of the World".
He has prepared plans for the interior layouts of each apartment, but of course you can place your furniture as you see best. We have also prepared two different colour and design themes, the warm and traditional 'Asiana', with dark wood floors and exotic fabrics, and the light and airy 'Metropolitan'. with a more modern, minimalistic feel. If don't feel you can face choosing paint colours, or you are for example and overseas investor buying to let, we can completely decorate your whole apartment on your behalf.
