Mongolian Properties is currently creating two other developments . The Olympic Residence is our newest project, and work on it has started just a few metres down the road from the Regency Residence. It will be a large striking residential building with apartments, penthouses, restaurants, retail and other facilities such as banking. The Olympic Residence will be completed in December 2010 and is now selling. Another upcoming project will feature 3 stories of shopping, a luxury hotel, and two residential towers.

The Park View Residence
The Park View Residence was started in April 2005 and completed in Jully 2006, it consists of 22 luxury apartments inthe city centre with office space and a heated garage. The apartments were initially sold at 450USD per square meter and are now worth about a 1,000USD per square meter. All the apartments within the building were rented within 1 month of completion. Rental Yields are around 27% net per annum.
The Circus Residence
While the architecture of the building is relatively common of the period it integrates safety and comfort features until then rare in Mongolia. It has a large gate surrounding the building with numerous cameras pointing at various strategic point while entrance to the building itself is controlled by a 24 hour security guard and a code operated door. The building comprises of 12 floors with a lift and stunning views to the south of the city and the Boghd Khan range of mountains.
