The Temple Residence
The Temple Residence is the first luxury development in Ulaanbaatar and was completed in March 2009. This sought after residential property consists of 16 apartments and stands 8 stories tall, situated in the heart of the city, with unparralleled views over all that is desirable in Ulaanbaatar.
It is the first residential building in the city to feature floor to ceiling windows throughout. The penthouses have high ceilings as well as built in fireplaces.
With two seperate pedestrian entrances leading to a concierge and lobby space, as well as a small secure garden, the Temple Residence will be a small heaven in the centre of a hectic town.

The Park View Residence
The Park View Residence was started in April 2005 and completed in Jully 2006, it consists of 22 luxury apartments in the city centre with office space and a heated garage. The apartments were initially sold at 450USD per square meter and are now worth about a 1,000USD per square meter. All the apartments within the building were rented within 1 month of completion. Rental Yields are around 27% net per annum.
The Circus Residence
While the architecture of the building is relatively common of the period it integrates safety and comfort features until then rare in Mongolia. It has a large gate surrounding the building with numerous cameras pointing at various strategic point while entrance to the building itself is controlled by a 24 hour security guard and a code operated door. The building comprises of 12 floors with a lift and stunning views to the south of the city and the Boghd Khan range of mountains.
